OUR STORY

And It's Good! BBQ & Catering was born of two of my favorite pastimes . . . football and BBQ.

 

I began playing football at the age of 7.  By then, I had already fallen in love with the game.  My passion, hard work, and determination propelled me to play football at every level, from Pee Wee all the way to the Pros.

 

My love of BBQ has continued to grow.  For years, I had been searching for great tasting, charcoal grilled BBQ.  What I found was either dry and tough or lacked flavor and that little extra kick that we come to expect here in Louisiana.  No longer on the field, I set out to create my own extraordinary BBQ to enjoy on game days.

 

All of our quality meats are hand rubbed and seasoned with our unique blend of spices, slow cooked to seal in this natural flavors, and slow smoked over mesquite to create our own signature smoked BBQ . . . And It's GOOD!
